中立網友:因為是農曆過年,有一些喜歡的菜色就沒看到。另外,服務員在上白咖哩雜菌時打翻溢出來,他很冷靜的處理,但是完全沒有致歉,覺得這樣的服務不是很 OK 。
還有門口的樓梯有扶手,作用就是要給行動不便的人可以輔助上下樓,但卻擺了兩個大盆栽,下樓的第一步根本就沒辦法扶,為了安全即馬上現場反應,但當場的人員只回答,‘’我們本來不是放在那裡,有人移動了‘’,卻沒有馬上處理,這也是不 OK 的。
我們有一些固定的慶祝會去那邊吃飯,覺得菜色沒新創意,服務意外遇到這2個缺失,在這競爭的環境,覺得餐廳要注意改善吧 。

1.軍公教只要有證明就免服務費並沒有明文規定出示卡片,本人服務縣市採線上登記資料,手機出示系統資料後卻被為難要出示卡片,否則不給優待。之前去用餐幾次沒被這般刁難,頭一次遇到這麼囂張、態度高傲的店家。最後表示勉強給優待是因為要從店員(應是店家自己人)的薪水中扣錢,excuse me?!要給優待就大方給,不爽給就不要給,不需要態度如此,裝委屈,裝受害,還要顧客覺得佔你便宜,硬扯薪水,根本沒有扣錢的這回事!!!真可笑!!!!!
2. 顧客愛點多少餐點是自由,有年長老人同行食量較小,無須刻意要顧客多點,導致剩菜。有需求自然會額外點,這很正常。
3. 想收取服務費,服務卻很爛,不會主動倒水,也不主動提供紙巾。
都21世紀了,到底是到什麼店用餐?!

Service fee should be deducted if the prove of government servants is given. I’ve shown my profile and info on the city gov. web to the restaurant. However, I was asked to provide the paper or servant card. The problem is, I don’t have that stuff. It’s all on the web!!!!! A lady deducted the service fee but said: fine, I can do that for you, but your service fee will be deducted from my “salary”.
Excuse me?! If you’re reluctant to do so, then don’t. Don’t even try to make me(as your customer) feel that I owe you.
It’s ridiculous that a restaurant with poor service and try to get service fee from the customers. Never have I had this horrible experience before. This is what I have seen and been through. This place, no more next time.
