The fried rice is not extremely outstanding imao. Good that every grain of rice and egg shred is firm, without too many additional ingredients and flavors to distract you.
Remember to indicate every option on the menu (spicy level, choice of ingredients, salty level, hardness of noodles, with or without chopped green onion). The chef will make sure you’ve marked everything before beginning to cook your ramen.

唐揚雞也非常值得品嚐,熱辣辣的灑上椒鹽和唐辛七味子粉,咬一口再配一口啤酒,爽!
炒飯倒是中規中矩,就是飯和蛋絲都粒粒分明的蛋炒飯,沒有多餘的配料。
點餐的時候記得每一格的選項都要畫到(辣度、小菜種類、湯底的鹹度、麵的軟硬度、要不要蔥花),師傅一定會確定每一格都畫到了才開始做你的麵。
