我媽點了素食套餐,特別選了內側的座位,不過服務生不斷在附近上葷食,收盤時也完全不在乎有素菜,一樣飆轉盤,因此事提醒了一位年輕的服務員,她直接不回話,嘆了一口氣,後來上菜就開始用摔的了,因為在打這篇評論,很後悔沒有錄到“觀光局五星的服務品質”。

My mom she is a vegetarian due to some religion rules, one of the young server,we have to keep remind her be aware of the vegetarian food when she serving the meats for the rest of our family members.
but we didn’t get any response from her after my mom saying some friendly reminds. She just rolled her eyes and take a very long and deep breath. After that, she started doing something to show how upset she is. I cannot stop thinking about dose she got a bad day or maybe this hotel treat her not well.
Anyway, I don’t think kind of this service is worthy for a “ Luxury 5 Star“ hotel.
